Job Description
Partner Affairs is comprised of Partner Admissions, Partner Compensation, Administration, HRIS/IT/Web and National Benefits.
The Partner Development team is dedicated to the development and advancement of the firm's partners. Our primary clients are the partners of the Firm, where ultimately value delivered to the partners is realized as value delivered to the Firm's clients.
Position/Program Requirements
Knowledge Preferred:
Considerable level of knowledge partnership structure in a professional services firm environment Demonstrated knowledge of talent management with considerable technical/functional technology expertise. Demonstrated prior experience applying critical thinking skills to understand concepts and strategies and translate to meaningful deliverables for firm leadership as well as perform external research and assess meaningfulness related to executing the partner development strategy. Demonstrated considerable knowledge and prior experience applying independent discretion on a daily basis to understand what we are trying to solve, create a plan on how to address, including where to go for information/data, how to analyze, evaluate and perform research to arrive at creative and innovative solutions related to partner development. Demonstrated prior experience working in an environment with high ambiguity, apply critical thinking skills to focus on what is required to advance an initiative by creating a strategy to address and bringing to execution. Extensive proven ability to multi-task and meet rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, producing high quality work products leveraging strong attention to detail skills.
Previous experience in client service work (audit, tax or consulting) and/or relevant senior HR experience preferred.

Demonstrates considerable ability to: Translate ideas to action, communicate ideas and influence others and to share point of view, ideas and perspective.
Use judgment to assess and make recommendations based upon research and relevance to the professional services partnership environment.

Minimum Years of Experience Necessary:
3 years relevant experience in professional services firm
Minimum Degree(s) and Certification(s) Required:
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) or equivalent experience
