Part Time HR Administrator/Administrative Assistant
Ajilon's top San Francisco-based real estate investment and management client is looking for a part time Human Resources Administrator/Administrative Assistant. Part Time Position (3 days per week): Human Resources Administrator / Administrative Assistant. This position reports to the Controller and handles the Company?s administrative HR tasks as well as provides administrative support to three people: the Controller, the Chief Investment Officer, and the Sr. VP Asset Management. This position also serves as a back up to the CEO?s Executive Assistant and the Receptionist when necessary. In general and over time, we expect the position to be roughly 60% HR Administrator, 30% administrative support, and 10% in back up to receptionist/Executive Assistant. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: an Resources Administrator ?Conducts new hire orientations. Coordinates with payroll, IT and other departments ahead of time for a smooth first day for new hire. ?Tracks 90 day, mid-year, and annual performance reviews ?Maintains personnel files as well as HR related files ?Administers various benefit programs oGroup health plans oFlexible spending plans oWorks with individual Company owners if questions arise about their personal, non-Company, medical, dental, and vision plans ?Coordinates training programs (harassment and other training programs as assigned) ?Employee Handbook. Works with Controller and legal counsel to update and distribute ?Reviews HR forms and folders (electronic & hardcopy) periodically to ensure updated and meaningful ?Provides terminating employees appropriate information and notifies third parties as required •HR tasks and projects as assigned inistrative Support: ?Responsible for correspondence, calendar, telephone screening and returning some calls, mail, scanning, faxes, travel arrangements for three executives ?Maintains accurate working files (electronic and hardcopy) ?Coordinates execution of leases, and other documents as necessary, scans and logs executed leases ?Tracks letters of credit from tenants ?Sends out monthly and quarterly notifications of distributions to various parties ?Compiles and distributes monthly operating reports prepared by others ?Other tasks or projects as assigned Qualifications: ?High level of personal and professional integrity and ability to handle and maintain confidential information ?Professional demeanor ?Works well with others ?Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and projects ?Excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills ?Dependable and self directed ?Accurate in one?s work ?Adaptable to shifting or evolving situations ?Well organized ?Proficient with Microsoft Word including Mail Merge ?Proficient with Excel ?Experience in the administration of and familiarity with Human Resources a plus Ajilon differentiates itself in the staffing industry by its unique candidate driven approach for individuals looking for premier career opportunities.
