OPS Analyst - Organizational Account Support
Title: OPS Analyst - Organizational Account Support Location: TX-San Antonio Responsible for the daily analysis, relationship support, research and resolution of organizational accounts to include online banking, technical support and database design and maintenance. Responsibilities also include administering and documenting defined procedures, product testing, updating signature cards and letters of authorizations, and working directly with organizations to fill their requests. Document and maintain internal operational and financial controls for organizational accounts to support bank standards. Implement necessary changes. Assist with support of PLA , Data Entry and Card Services teams, if necessary. Required Skills: "MUST" have these skills to be minimally qualified. * Candidate should have some online banking application knowledge. * Bank operations knowledge preferred. * Strong communication skills (verbal and written). * Ability to meet processing deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired Skills: * Online Banking experience preferred. * Prior experience with bank general ledger accounting preferred. * Proficient PC skills (ie. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
