Operations Manager
Prairie Zone
(Home Office is Winnipeg Branch)
We need an experienced Operations Manager with superior business acumen to lead a team of 20 in our growing Winnipeg and Regina Branches. Working in partnership with our Branch Manager, you are results driven and have strong leadership, negotiating and decision-making skills.
You are focused on creating customer value by collaborating across the organization to deliver world class solutions to our dental customers. Known for rolling up your sleeves to work with the team, you inspire and lead others to exceed performance expectations. You’re comfortable working with Technicians in the field, and foster a culture of teamwork amongst Customer Service and Equipment techs, to support branch sales efforts.
Requirements:
Comfortable with financials and productivity metrics, you play a key role in ensuring we meet sales, operational and profit targets. You have at least 5 years related experience, and a post secondary education in business or finance, and you are recognized for your analytical and consultative skills.
