Position Description
Manage process improvement projects for the Customer Sales and Support department from conception to implementation. Develop tools and programs to help the Customer Contact Centers manage the work force in conjunction with the Business Leaders and Operations Analysts. Execute effective strategies and tactics to increase productivity and drive efficiency across all teams with a focus on Lean methodology and process solutions.
Position Responsibilities
Manage full project life cycle including creation, design, specification, development, implementation, and overall change management Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs (e.g. streamlined processes, new roles, workload shift) Identify, develop, and present recommended solutions based on current opportunities Execute on approved strategies and tactics to increase the productivity, drive revenue and reduce cost of the Customer Sales and Support Team Establish consistent reporting tools across the organization Identify training needs and resources relative to new project implementations. Work in conjunction with Training staff to develop and implement related offerings Conduct ad hoc analyses as determined by business needs
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree OR 8 years of work experience in lieu of a 4 year degree or a combination of work and education to equal a 4 year degree At least two (2) years of work experience of which one (1) year is Analyst or Project Management experience Excellent personal computer skills, including spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing software
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or marketing Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present material appropriate to the level of the audience Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to effectively influence change management Excellent analytical skills and experience in trend analysis 5+ years of progressively responsible related experience including project management, tactical planning, trend analysis, and forecasting Proven experience in influencing others throughout a matrixed organization Demonstrated knowledge of the Diabetes Business, contact centers, processes, and technologies Lean and/or Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification
