Our Eden Prairie client has an immediate opening for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join the team on a temporary to full time basis. This role will be working in a very small office environment, at times you will be the only person in the office. You will support the owner and two sales people, booking travel arrangements both domestically and internationally. You will manage all calls, routing messages where appropriate, and handle anything that needs to be done in a small office. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll, and also managing month-end close up until the trial balance. To be considered for this role, you should have previous small company experience in both accounting and office management, and be looking for a long term career. You MUST have strong familiarity with Apple/Macintosh software, specifically QuickBooks for MAC. A minimum of 5 years of experience is required.
