Description Job Functions: Individual will be responsible to handle both inbound and outbound phone calls to delinquent mortgage debtors to arrange satisfactory payment arrangements. Primary loan coverage will include loans due 90 days and greater. Utilize the Back in the Black system to complete borrower financial interviews. Work closely with the Loss Mitigation department once the financial package is received. Send Delinquent letters as necessary, per Investor guidelines. Ensure Loss Mitigation packages and HUD letters are sent in a timely manner per Investor guidelines. Clearly document all customer information and conversations on the Fidelity system. Work with other areas within Servicing to resolve any customer research issues and provide timely feedback to customers. Responsible to contact loans via the Predictive Dialer. Recommend foreclosure of accounts and send Notice to Foreclose letters as necessary. Handle any special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Good communication and negotiation skills. Detailed oriented. Excellent research and organizational skills. Basic PC skills (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word). Knowledge and understanding of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Previous dialer experience.
