New College Graduates Development Program- Finance
The New College Graduates Development Program- Finance is seeking top performing individuals at the undergraduate or graduate level who are able to contribute to the organization's fast-paced dynamic environment and have the potential to become future leaders. Leadership Program participants will rotate through a series of three assignments over their first five years to gain experience in a wide range of corporate and operational finance positions. The position will provide a challenging opportunity and exposure to corporate finance functions and business applications in areas such as Manufacturing Finance, Corporate Accounting, Sales, Marketing Finance, and others.
Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economic - minimum GPA of 3.0
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications: • MBA graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance
• Exposure to or coursework in SAP
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Evidence of high energy and strong work ethic
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa status
