New College Graduate Development Program - Finance
Seeking top performing individuals at the undergraduate or graduate level who are able to contribute to the organization's fast paced dynamic environment and have potential to become future leaders. Leadership Program partcipants will rotate through a series of three assignments over their first five years to gain experience in a wide range of corporate and operational finance positions. The positions will provide a challenging opportunity and exposure to Corporate finance functions and business applications in areas such as: Manufacturing Finance, Corporate Accounting, Sales and Marketing Finance, and others.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with a minimum GPA of 3.0
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance
MBA graduate
CPA certification
Exposure to or coursework in SAP
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Evidence of high energy and strong work ethic
