Title: NBFI Relationship Sales Manager - Treasury Services Location: CHN-Hong Kong-Hong Kong gan are looking for an experienced Relationship Sales Manager to join our Treasury Services business in Hong Kong. An experienced sales executive is required to increase revenue through the acquisition of new business from non-bank financial institutions. The non-bank financial institutions client segment encompasses asset gatherers (traditional managers, pension, hedge, private equity, infrastructure, REITS), fund administrators, stock and futures exchanges, insurance, broker/dealers, finance/holding companies, trust companies and private wealth management. Key Accountabilities/Major Responsibilities: * Sales of the entire product suite including cash clearing, liquidity management solutions, foreign exchange and escrow services * Additional product sales responsibility to include securities clearance, hedge fund administration, private equity fund administration, securities collateral management * Proactive identification & solicitation of new names with the focus on delivering new business revenue * Provide senior relationship management coverage for key clients including the development of multiple contacts at head office level * Build successful relationships with internal lines of businesses to maximise revenue growth with a potential client * Take the lead role in the preparation and submission of RFPs (i.e. coordinating the deal team, ensuring deadlines are met, etc) * Timely completion of client call reports & KYC compliance requirements * Active participation in internal & external industry sessions * Liaison with the account management, solution centre & operations team to execute timely and efficient resolution of client-related issues that are escalated to the sales team * Key account planning * Extensive sales experience across the broader financial services products spectrum highly desirable e.g. global markets products or relationship banker experience * Minimum of 5 years experience selling to non-bank financial institutions, with particular focus on hedge funds or other asset gatherers * Minimum of 5 years experience influencing senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Finance Directors, Regional/Country Treasurers, Treasury Managers, Operations Heads, Risk & Credit Managers * A strong understanding of the buying behaviour of non-bank financial institutions from a full-service bank perspective * Must be fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese will be well regarded (spoken and written) * Appreciation of the culture of a large global bank with possible multiple reporting lines * University degree not essential; a successful track record in new business acquisition and senior client calling is critical
