JOB DESCRIPTION
This Underwriting Position will pre-underwrite and evaluate all mortgage loan applications. Interested candidate will be responsible for submitting all conventional loans through automated underwriting for FNMA and FHLMC. Candidate will also be responsible for collecting and reviewing all conditions and appraisals before submission for final loan approval. Established experience with investor guidelines a plus.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 to 5 years experience in mortgage underwriting of similar or related employment.
All aspects of Computer applications, including, DU,LP, FHA Connections, Word Excel and Calyx Mortgage Origination Software a plus
Banking Experience a plus
