Mortgage Title Resolution Specialist
Job Description:
An ideal associate for the Title Resolution department is a skilled individual that works well both independently and collaboratively.
Successful candidates are deadline driven, results oriented with initiative and a sense of urgency.
The role also consists of troubleshooting to identify problem solutions.
Candidate manages time sensitive deadlines and communicates with customers and Associates in other departments in order to meet departmental goals.
May be responsible for filing title claims, working with attorneys to resolve title issues, or defense litigation surrounding title defects that cause an impediment to obtaining title to the property or conveying title to investors/insurers.
Handles more complex levels of transactions with limited supervision to complete daily tasks and duties.
Verifies customer documentation, resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to the following: child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens reconveyances; subordinations;
Maintains a high level of customer service by being proactive in communication with clients, vendors.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
$17.50 per hour
Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 - 4 years of Curative Title experience
Familiar with AS400
Familiar with all Microsoft Software (Excel, Outlook and Word mainly)
Foreclosure experience
