Mortgage Risk Analyst

-Review closed loan documents for accuracy. Confirm files are within compliance standards and follow up on missing documents if necessary

-Ensure appropriate storage of closed files with adequate security and accessibility

-Ship closed loan files to off-site storage vendor

-Maintain accurate filing of legal document in mortgage departments to ensure maximum customer service

-Assist department manager in special projects including audit preparation and manager's responsibilites as servicing liaison

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

3-5 years related experience in mortgage and/or legal industries
