Works closely with MLO and loan origination sources to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements, sends out verification request, and keeps interested parties advised as to the status of the loan applications. Coordinates the request of additional information required from the customer. Validates documentation for data integrity based on automated underwriting recommendation. Prepares and submits the loan underwriting package. Reviews the pipeline management reports and loan origination system for adherence to scheduling requirements. Communicates any scheduling issues or concerns with manager or mortgage loan lifications: *High School Diploma or GED required. *Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.* 1-3 years of Mortgage banking processing experience with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC required.*Strong proficiency with computers required.
