Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for Mortgage Closers. On a daily basis, this individual performs all assigned closing duties including reviewing loan files for proper completion of the pre-closing process, preliminary title reports and other loan documentation. Compiles loan documentation and ensures that all conditions and requirements for closing have been met. Performs all closing tasks required to manufacture a loan in compliance with company standards in areas of customer satisfaction, speed and efficiency of file delivery and error free delivery to the post-closing and pooling departments.
