Requirements:
Responsibilities:
Work as a member of a team consisting of one underwriter, three processors, and an assistant processor (we have 2 operations teams and 7 sales teams). Ensure that all files are reviewed and submitted within company timelines. Ensure that file status’ are updated on a regular basis.
Have a thorough knowledge of DO.
Requirements:
1) High School Diploma or equivalent
2) 2 years processing mortgage loans
3) Commitment to meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations
4) Strong product knowledge
5) Knowledge of applicable state and federal real estate lending regulations
6) PC proficiency
7) Excellent analytical, math, oral and written communication skills
8) Excellent customer service skills
9) Ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented and team player environment
