The Mortgage Loan Processor will be primarily responsible for the gathering of information regarding mortgage applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Input first mortgage applications on the appropriate mortgage origination system and order all necessary documents to start processing and satisfying compliance requirements. * Update appropriate mortgage originations systems as loan information and documents are received. * Set up and fund first mortgage loans upon receipt of closing documents from attorneys * Be well versed in real estate lending polices and procedures in order to field and/or direct member inquiries. * Perform other clerical duties associated with real estate lending.
Position Requirements * 1st mortgage experience as a Loan Processor a must * Associates Degree preferred * Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
