Reviews loan files for ks closely with mortgage loan officers and loan origination sources to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting ds out requests, and keeps interested parties advised as to the status of loan rdinates the request of additional information required from idates documentation for data integrity based on automated underwriting pares and submits the underwriting iews the pipeline management reports and loan origination system for adherence to scheduling municates any scheduling issues or concerns with managers or mortgage loan ic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.0-1 year of mortgage banking processing experience with FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC required. Other Traits and Characteristics: Excellent in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal t have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and ong organizational skills with attention to lity to and internet proficiency - loan origination software, imaging, Desk Top Underwriter, and Loan Prospector, UNIFI Loan Origination system wledge of compliance issues and lending regulations preferred.
