Mortgage Loan Processor
Candidate will be processing conventional loan mortgage refinance applications. Must have at least one year of mortgage processing experience. May consider experience in title or loss mitigation as well. Will be working a pipeline of 35-90 files depending on experience. Will be responsible for communicating with customer's and outside vendors as well as meeting conditions and stipulations required by the lender.
