Mortgage Loan Processor
Our client, located in downtown Chicago, is looking to hire loan processors to their team. You will be processing loans for residential, rehab loans, new construction and commercial properties. You will be contacting all parties involved with the lending and buying process to ensure that closing dates for properties will be met. You will also be reviewing loan applications to verify data to complete for the companies standards. You will also be contacting all parties to obtain property information, surveys and appraisal y are looking for candidates that have at least 4 years of consistent processing experience.
