Medical Billing/Patient Account Rep Review and insure the validity of incoming data, correcting information as needed and processes the account for payment.
Document actions taken, answers inquiries involving individual accounts and researches problem accounts to assure payment.
?Responsible for billing of Home Care and Hospice claims
?Responsible for processing Physician billing claims in accordance with Payer Regulations and Billing guidelines.
?Responsible for correcting EDI rejections and routing claims
?Responsible for processing paper claims, ensuring EOBs are attached, claims are prepped and forwarded to distribution.
