Marketing Manager - Finance Transformation
Deloitte Services LP is currently searching for a Marketing Manager to work with the Finance Transformation (FT) Americas practice to assist in the development, communication and execution of marketing programs. The ideal marketing candidate will posses strong project management and organizational skills, be flexible with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of a large, matrixed organization. This role will require the ability to work independently and virtually with clients, and entails frequent interaction with FT partners and leadership team. Responsibilities include the following: Marketing Program Development and Execution - Create, direct, and manage tactical execution of FT marketing plan focused on building eminence, relationship development and prospective client acquisition. Programs could include leading edge thought-ware (whitepapers, by-line articles, etc), podcasts, webcasts, speaking opportunities, media and analyst relations. - Engage appropriate firm resources to ensure integrated marketing program approach across relevant Firm channels, including account management, functional, industry and regional marketing, business development, client service professionals, public relations, internal communications, web marketing and knowledge management. Collaboration Across the Organization - Collaborate closely with the CFO Program, including assistance with the execution of their programs. - Collaborate closely with and manage relationships with extended marketing network to ensure FT marketing programs are effectively integrated with efforts being driven by functions, industries and regions. Track FSS/industry related marketing programs that support FT's strategic priorities. · Collaborate with Dbriefs program team to identify relevant web cast programs for FT, including working with practitioners on content development. - Interface closely with Public Relations to promote thought-ware, white papers and other relevant programs and position subject matter experts with media. - Align closely with internal communications to assist with building awareness of FT and promoting marketing programs; support and build awareness of marketing program results, etc. across the practice and across the organization
Sales & Marketing Collateral Development - Lead the creation and production of marketing and sales collateral including managing writers and graphics and interfacing with related knowledge management and/or web needs.
Global Interaction · Interface with global FT and CFO Program teams to share key marketing programs that have global application.
Marketing Program & Administrative Support/Management · Ensure programs are implemented in a cost effective manner and implemented to achieve desired business goals. · Work with Knowledge Management team to maintain, update and populate intranet site. · Track, monitor, and evaluate marketing activities and accomplishments. - Assist with managing marketing budget. - Bachelor's degree in related discipline, MBA a plus 8-10 years of professional marketing experience. Experience dealing with senior executives in a large matrixed organization Excellent written and oral communications skills Superior Microsoft Office skills Project management experience and ability to work with technical products/services Ability to analyze data and make sound observations and recommendations
