Marketing Compliance Program Manager-11046891Description Position Summary: This role provides the external Control and Compliance community with a single point of contact into the Retail Partner Cards Centralized Marketing team while also providing the Marketing sub-teams with a key conduit into the Control /Compliance organization. This role leverages a Marketing team-wide perspective to ensure that our team is delivering on compliance requirements in an effective and efficient manner across portfolios. With Compliance becoming even more complex and important as a result of new regulations and scrutiny, this role serves as the key driver of Compliance activities within the Centralized Marketing organization.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities ·         Serve as the single point of contact for the external Control and Compliance communities into our Centralized Marketing organization. ·         Similarly, serve as the key conduit between Marketing staff and the Control/Compliance organizations. ·         Identify appropriate contacts / resources within Marketing to deliver on Compliance requests and needs, monitor and follow-up on requests until satisfied ·         Champion Marketing-requested enhancements to the Workflow Management Tool to satisfy Compliance needs, explore other ways to automate ·         Steward Marketing Department's activities related to satisfying Quarterly Risk Self-Assessment testing, ARR Audits, OCC Reviews, Horizontal Business Reviews, mitigation and monitoring of           Marketing CAP items ·         Facilitate training for marketing colleagues on Catalyst system used for Quarterly RCSA testing ·         Optimize the execution of OCC-required "Learning Loop" process for program reporting and decision-making ·         Think strategically about Control as it relates to Marketing, for ex: advocating for retirement of tests that are not relevant to our business, making the case for more uniform processes across           portfolios where appropriate, exploring more efficient ways to satisfy Compliance requirements ·         Communicate findings, results out to the wider organization so the team can apply learning and improve ·         Represent Marketing in Control/Compliance-related discussions beyond Retail Partner Cards Marketing ·         Investigate quality of Marketing record keeping ·         Examine Marketing Control & Compliance activities in preparation for a stand-alone Retail Partner Cards business ·         Provide high level calendar, tracking , monitoring, score card and results for Control/Compliance related activities ·         Working knowledge of Vendor Management and Information Security functions/responsibilities     Qualifications   Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: ·         Strong organizational skills ·         Demonstrated ability making process improvements ·         Strong written & verbal communication skills; reporting & tracking experience ·         Influence management with peers, superiors across a highly matrixes organization ·         Ability to create and present information to internal and external parties in a clear and concise manner ·         Extensive knowledge in development and use of  PowerPoint, SharePoint and Project Management tools   Key Collaboration Points:  ·         Retail Partner Cards - Chief Marketing Officer ·         Marketing Leadership Team (5 Portfolio-specific CMOs, Partner Marketing team head, Franchise Leveraging Products head) & Marketing sub-team leads ·         Partnership Management Chief of Staff & General Managers ·         The Control & Compliance community, Business Services ·         Internal Legal Support Teams   Education and/or Experience:  ·         7+ years Marketing experience ·         Project Management experience preferred ·         Bachelor of Arts;  Marketing / Communications concentration preferred    Primary Location: NAM-USA-TX-IrvingOther Locations: NAM-USA-IL-Elk Grove Village, NAM-USA-GA-AtlantaSchedule: Full-timeEducation Level: Bachelor's DegreeShift: Day JobEmployee Status: RegularTravel: Yes, 10% of the time
