BASIC FUNCTION: Responsible for serving as the “voice of the customer for the AgriBusiness division ($5 million GFI customers), as well as the Agnition customer base.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Ensures the a market-research driven strategy is executed successfully, including all marketing components of:; · Defining the segment and positioning FCS · Product offering and pricing options · Delivery methods and options · Public relations · Advertising and direct response · Online marketing · Event and trade show marketing · Alliance and advisory marketing
2. Coordinate and support the Agribusiness and Agnition divisions in structure, and deployment of all strategies.
3. Establish market research needs including: * Determining the customers’ needs and requirements * Competitive monitoring and analysis * Internal performance reporting and monitoring and analysis * Coordinating research resources and their methods/execution
4. Align all marketing efforts to be consistent with FCS brand image, awareness and all advertising strategies throughout organization.
5. Ensure sales and support staff, leadership and organization have complete databases and CRM functionality and skills to leverage CRM and database tools
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Agriculture or a related field. At least two years successful experience in a sales or marketing position. Experience in providing financial products/services to the rural consumer market.
