We are looking for talented business professionals to join our Chicago office Accounting and Finance practice.  As a Consultant with Resources Global Professionals, you will have the ability to play an instrumental role in assisting clients in a variety of challenging projects that will make a positive impact on their ability to do business.

Professional Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have experience with the following:

• Manage consolidated management reporting process.


• Manage reporting on key metrics used to manage the business for assigned functions.


• Support strategic planning and decision-making.


• Provide analysis of business operations to support strategic planning and decision-making. 


• Manage annual plan/budget and facilitate monthly forecasting. 


• Create ad hoc reports to senior managers to evaluate business trends and opportunities in support of various modeling assumptions. 


• Measure and reports on performance against key strategic initiatives; seeks ways to improve standard reporting as requested or required. 


• Seeks and recommends process improvements.

Qualifications highly preferred include:

• MBA degree with a concentration in finance, economics, accounting or related field.


• CMA/CPA/CFA.


• 7 to 11 years of experience in corporate finance.


• Proven experience with  financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, budgeting methods and tools.


• Expertise with Microsoft Office products particularly Excel required.


• Experience with large ERP system and reporting tools is desirable. 


• Must have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
