Our client is seeking someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 5+ years of auditing experience with a Big 4 or large regional firm and or combination of public accounting and external reporting / SEC experience. Individuals must have their CPA license or be working towards obtaining their license. Responsibilities will include: • SEC Reporting – Coordination and preparation • New Accounting standard evaluation • Consolidated statement of cash flows - Coordination and preparation • Technical research and analysis • Interaction with external audit, actuaries, executive management, and subsidiary accounting staff • Supervision and development of External Reporting Staff.
