Description
The position is accountable for the following: - Coordination of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for the Controller's group - Coordination of payroll issues with vendor (Hewitt) - Supervision of Tropicana DSD team and management of relationship with Tropicana and Frito - Compensation-related accounting including payroll, 401k, deferred compensation, severance, relocation and restructurings - Management of fringe benefit budget, analysis and accounting - Barter credit accounting - Cash accounting including bank reconciliations, intercompany transfers and miscellaneous cash receipts - Management of facilities budget, analysis, and accounting - Special projects (As Necessary) - Manage team responsible for DSD reporting, cash accounting, fringe benefit reporting & analysis, management of facility budget/analysis, compensation related accounting,coordination of SOX compliance, and coordination of payroll issues with vendor (Hewitt)
Requirements:
- 8 years accounting experience, 5-7 years supervisory experience - 4 year degree - Superior analytical skills - Solid problem solving capabilities - Excellent coaching & teaching skills, working knowledge of SAP - Ability to adapt quickly to ever changing environment - Superior communication skills
