Major Duties: As a Program and Management Analyst, you will: *Perform financial and other business management functions pertaining to emergency incident operations and normal District/Field Office operations. *Provide a variety of services to managers including training, evaluations, analyzing results and developing and implementing proposals for more effective, efficient and economical operations. *Prepare time and attendance reports, travel vouchers and provide personnel management support on a wide variety of Human Resources topics. *Provide procurement and logistical services based on a Contracting Officer's Warrant of $10,000. *Administer the Emergency Fire Fighter hiring program and reimbursable accounts for fire management support activities. *Serve as the lead for temporary/seasonal as well as other hiring. Qualifications: Specialized Experience Requirements : In order to be rated as qualified for this position, we must be able to determine that you meet the specialized experience requirement. To be creditable, this experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade (GS-5 or GS-7) of the position to be filled. OR A Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or two (2) full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or a LLB or JD if related can substitute for one year of specialized experience at the GS-7 level. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience is qualifying. You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
