Overview:
Capstone's Military Civil Operations division is currently seeking a motivated and talented individual who can offer the knowledge, skills, and experience as a Management Analyst at our client site in Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Responsibilities:
* Supports all facets and steps for Manpower studies and Analysis. * Reviews and makes recommendations to TOEs, MTOEs, TDAs, and AUG/TDAs. * Conducts manpower studies in conjunction with the US Army Manpower Analysis Agency in accordance with HQDA processes. * Supports the Baseline Submission Package process. * Supports Requirements Identification and Documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
* Five to seven (5-7) years experience supporting Army Manpower and Force Management programs and studies. * TS/SCI required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree preferred. * Experience at the Command Level or higher preferred. * Experience with manpower studies, MTOE, and/or TDA documentation preferred.
