Director/Senior Underwriter for Healthcare Financings
A financially sound global financial services company is looking to add a Senior Underwriter focused on Healthcare Loans, Healthcare Real Estate and Equipment.
As part of the Investment Team and Risk Management Group, the Underwriter provides credit and structure analysis on newly originated transactions and refinancings. Must be a team player and work closely with Originations Team, credit training and a minimum of 10 years of lending or credit risk management experience in Healthcare and Healthcare Real Estate. Experience with asset-based and cash flow loans in Healthcare. Desired experience for subsectors within Real Estate Healthcare are: Skilled Nursing, Elderly Care and Long Term Acute Care. Experience with Healthcare Equipment is a plus.
Position can be located in DC, NJ, NY, CT, Philadelphia or Atlanta
