Loss Prevention Coordinator (Sports Management/Finance/Admin)
The Loss Prevention Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing employees with a secure work environment and protecting company assets. The Coordinator will maintain programs, policies and procedures that maximize the protection of company assets. This is done in accordance with company policies, procedures, and objectives.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years.
A BA/BS in criminal justice or related field plus a minimum of 3 years experience in the Loss Prevention and Security field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Previous experience in a corporate, distribution and multiple store security and loss prevention is preferred.
An extensive background check with be required.
Skills:
The qualified individual possesses excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
The ability to be discrete and maintain strict confidentiality is absolutely essential for this position
Special Requirements:
Travel 40% of the time.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for carrying out all Loss Prevention programs, policies, and procedures, congruent with company objectives and culture.
Assist in internal and external investigations in partnership with Retail Management. Make recommendations to Loss Prevention Manager as necessary.
Conduct weekly audits of employee purchases and make recommendations for follow-up.
Participate in physical inventory process and reconciliation and take a leadership role in other inventory-theft issues.
Conduct daily exception reports with CRS LP Software. Report findings and participate in resolution.
Provide Loss Prevention training for store, office, and DC employees on a quarterly basis or as needed.
Participate in all new store openings. Obtain Request for Proposals from vendors and make recommendations to management. Oversee the installation of all Security and Loss Prevention systems for all new stores and remodels of existing stores.
