This role is part of a dedicated team in Citi Cards focused on partnering with the business to identify, evaluate, deliver and manage new and existing data sources and information assets to enhance our prospecting and account management capabilities across the Cards organization.  The candidate will be required to leverage their comprehensive knowledge and experience and collaborate with Marketing, Decision Management and Risk Teams to design, build and deliver next generation programs supporting all aspects of risk mitigation and marketing.  The successful candidate will be able to: 

-Manage program orders/specifications with internal stakeholders and solution provider
-Develop and maintain program tracking/reporting/auditing mechanisms utilizing MS Access and Excel
-Assist in the invoice and payment function between functional organization, CFO and vendors
-Provide project updates
-Resolve ad hoc issues that arise related to the tactics of data asset programs\file management
-Audit of files delivered by vendors; validating are delivered in the right layout, quantity, on the right date, and to the right location;
-Travel to vendors to perform audits;
-Knowledge and familiarity of business requirements; ability to translate requirements into specifications.
-Identify and drive cost reductions, service delivery improvements, vendor process efficiencies

Qualifications -1 to 5 years experience in List Management/List Brokerage preferred
-Experience in working with geographically remote team members.
-Make decisions that are both tactical and strategic in nature; provide solutions and innovation.
-Self starter who perseveres through change and ambiguity by putting specific plans and actions in place to drive progress forward.
-Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills are essential.
-Exceptionally detail-oriented to ensure flawless execution of program deliverables.
-Solid communication, negotiation and influencing skills; able to build a broad base of support among key decision makers and stakeholders.
-Highly organized individual who can multitask across several different channels while consistently driving results.
-Experience in management of vendors on daily basis for functional and ad-hoc processes and requests; ability to clearly communicate needs, status, and issues as they arise.
-Proven project management skills required to lead the development and implementation of changes within ad-hoc and production programs.
-Strong analytical skills required to interpret and understand changes to data asset characteristics; interpret findings on recent campaign performance and report recommendations to strengthen future campaign strategy.
-Demonstrated ability to consistently think critically and creatively about traditional business approaches and processes.    
-Ability to lead and partner with team peers to meet business needs.
-The ability to rapidly assimilate and report on complex information is necessary.
