GOLDMARK Property Management seeks an ambitious individual to join our full-time and part-time apartment leasing team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will show and rent apartments to new prospects while providing outstanding customer service to our current residents.
Hours work are Monday thru Friday anywhere from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and every other weekend.
Strong sales experience, customer service and computer skills are preferred. Earn leasing commissions for every apartment you rent, or for every apartment you renew a new lease. Each managed property has a team of GOLDMARK professionals that oversee the management and operation of the site. This team is comprised of Regional Managers, Area Managers, Property Managers, Leasing Specialists, Maintenance Technicians, Agents and Accountants who work together to provide consistent, high-level performance for clients, investors, residents and other customers.

Requirements:
Qualificiations:
Strong sales skills and aptitude with confidence and drive to close the sale.
Customer service experience and a strong customer service mind-set.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate to a diverse group of people.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time.
A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
A high school degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in property management or a related industry is desired.
National Apartment Leasing Profession (NALP) or similar certifications are desirable.
Need a valid driver’s license and vehicle. Receive a vehicle allowance for using own vehicle.
