Lead Investor Accounting Specialist
Description: Local Bank is seeking a full-time
•Preparing monthly reports to Fannie Mae, Bank Portfolio, Warehouse, Bond Authority and various private investors •Reconciling investor reports by comparing actual activity to reported activity •Reviewing reports to ensure investor requirements are met •Submitting reports and forms monthly as required by guidelines •Assisting external and internal customers with problem resolution •Balancing investor custodial bank accounts monthly •Processes monthly fees of interest loss from payoffs and curtailments and guaranty fees charged by the investor Requirements: •Thorough knowledge of investor and agency guidelines with regard to investor reporting and accounting, payment application and investor custodial accounts •Thorough knowledge of cash flow process of receipts clearing and custodial accounts •Extensive knowledge of ACH and BiSaver guidelines and requirements •Working knowledge of FHLMC, FNMA, GNMA reporting and accounting guidelines •Working knowledge of PC, good software skills (Windows, Excel, Word, BiSaver, Midanet, Mornet, Surf, GinnieNet, RFS, Monarch, Servicer Connect, EVision, Regis, BBI) •Excellent 10 key skills •Excellent analytical skills •Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
