Lead Analyst, Financial Reporting - Belvidere Assembly Plant
The Lead Analyst is responsible for financial reporting, analysis and development of the monthly financial forecast and annual budgets within a large assembly manufacturing facility. The individual will also be responsible for facilitating capital project writing, forecasting and fixed asset control. The position also supports the cost deployment pillar of world class manufacturing along with maintaining SOX compliance within the financial reporting requirements.
Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, if no Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, must have a Master's in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience (leading and managing a team preferably in a manufacturing environment)
• Minimum of 1 year of capital projects, capitalization and inventory analysis are essential
Preferred qualifications: • Ability to communicate & coordinate multiple assignments
• Knowledge of all phases of financial and cost accounting and its functional relationship to manufacturing operations preferred.
• Good team building skills, administrative skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills are required. In addition, must possess presentation skills and the ability to problem solve
