Law Clerkship - Indianapolis (Sports Management/Finance)
The legal department strives to establish and protect the intellectual property rights of our clientele. In so doing, our legal personnel aggressively pursue unauthorized uses of our clients, research emerging areas of intellectual property law, and construct legal strategies to ensure that the interests of our clients are recognized and preserved. Legal personnel routinely engage in written and verbal discourse with opposing counsel in the United States and abroad, and either negotiate settlements or prepare matters for litigation.
Qualified individuals must be adept with Microsoft Outlook, word processing, scanning of documents and Internet research.
Wages: Based on experience.
The legal department particularly values motivated, flexible team players who take pride in their work, are skilled at conflict resolution, and have strong writing, verbal and research skills.
