Jr International Trade Specialist (Sports Marketing/Retail)
SUMMARY:
This position will support the International Trade department by performing administrative duties and maintaining high standards of organization to ensure compliance in trade and customs functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Data entry, database and spreadsheet maintenance.
Basic report preparation.
Invoice auditing.
Drawback scanning, copying and research.
Department filing.
Document review.
Any other duties as assigned by the manager.
EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma required.
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
One to three years progressively responsible experience in an office environment.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and related documentation requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to details.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient computer skills, especially in email and spreadsheets.
