This position reports to the Manager of North America GDC Operations and is responsible for providing solid financial support to Management. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Monthly financial reporting and analysis of performance.
Analyze profitability of Business Units.
Assist in the development and maintenance of key metrics for Business Units.
Perform modeling and financial analysis relating pricing, product development, promotion, and productivity, capacity and return on capital investments. Understand financial aspects of the business and be able to highlight strengths and weaknesses.
Work with various Business Units to drive cost reductions and process improvement.
Coordinate and prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for revenues, expense, and capital.
Analyze key drivers of revenues and costs to implement actionable measures.
Assist in month end closing.
Perform ad hoc analysis as needed.

Requirements:
Education & Professional Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university.
Candidate Profile: Three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Experienced with a range of financial analyses and modeling including discounted cash flow, lease versus buy, cost/benefit, valuation and sensitivity analysis. Experience analyzing monthly financial results and performing in-depth financial analysis. Experience establishing financial controls and establishing financial strategies to build EVA. Experience working with Management to set and achieve goals and assist in development and input of assumptions for forecasts and budgets. Experience developing and presenting performance reports to Management enabling them to leverage and maximize financial lity to conduct product and market performance analyses and identifies and recommends actions as needed. Ability to make recommendations including expense controls, asset management, and pricing and product management. Excellent written and oral communication skills, detail oriented, proficient with PCs for analysis and modeling, creative thinking, economic, and analytical skills.
