IT Portfolio Management Analyst
Title: IT Portfolio Management Analyst Location: United States-Virginia-Herndon Other Locations:
Key Role: Assist with strategic and tactical support activities to ensure a centralized view of all IT initiatives and enable the support of business case analysis, governance, and project management activities. Perform research, modeling, and analysis in support of federal and intelligence community efforts to align resources, assets, and investments with mission priorities. Demonstrate knowledge of government budgeting and capital planning policies, processes, and requirements, including OMB Circulars A-130, Clinger-Cohen Act, Exhibit 300s, and Exhibit 53. Support client efforts to apply best practices in capital planning, conduct stakeholder interviews, and participate in client work sessions and discussions. Basic Qualifications: -3 years of experience with working in the private sector or federal government in IT -1 years of experience with IT portfolio management, capital planning, or investment management projects -Knowledge of the CPIC methodology -Knowledge of relevant IT laws, regulations, and policies -Ability to lead tasks in formal and informal group settings -TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required -BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience with working in a team environment -Ability to be detail-oriented and meet deadlines -Ability to work independently in the execution of assigned tasks -Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -Possession of excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities
