Summary
Supports the IT Asset Manager in organizing all activities for tracking and controlling physical assets in the infrastructure. Assists the customer with procurement of IT assets. Administers the Asset Management Database and the Asset Inventory for the physical assets in the infrastructure. Ensures that the asset disposal process and policy are aligned to customer standards. Conducts periodic asset discovery and audits of assets to ensure accountability and supporting the reconcilation with the Asset Management Database. Receives assets and ensures that assets are delivered to their correct locations. Coordinates asset setup and teardown activities when requested.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience or bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in IT Asset Management activities.
Computer Skills Strong Knowledge of Skills with Microsoft Office applications to support the Program Management Office and develop reports with strong skills in BMC Remedy.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearance: · Interim Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain Top Secret. · ITILv3 Foundation Certificate is required or achieved within 6 months after hire.
