Kforce Finance and Accounting is seeking an Investor Relations Associate for an up-and-coming investment company in the Westwood area. This is a high-visibility role within a dynamic environment that has a great potential for growth while offering a competitive benefits package, $20k bonus potential and pays up to $100k. The Investor Relations Associate will be responsible for handling client service matters and investor relations for this highly successful asset management company. This person will work with both the Sales Group and Operations team in order to handle all client-related inquiries, complete investor related documents in a timely fashion, function as a member of the marketing team through reporting and providing updates concerning investor trends, participate in RFP preparation and responses, coordinate investor activity using Backstop, responding to third party requests, assisting with regulatory requirements and necessary filings, and additional duties as successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * A 4 year Degree from an Accredited Institution* 3-6 years of Investor Relations experience with hedge funds, private equity funds, or investment companies* Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment* Outstanding interpersonal skills and superb telephone manners* Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite* Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation* Keen critical thinking skill
