Description
Key Role: Apply expertise in financial services to support clients' international projects. Manage field based financial services projects. Provide consulting advice and deliverables to clients on bank supervision, bank regulatory systemic risk, and other areas, as appropriate. Manage development of professional staff. Contribute to the growth of the international financial services business by identifying new opportunities, writing proposals, and conducting other activities, as necessary. This position is located in McLean, VA.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: -12+ years of experience with working in the financial services industry -5+ years of experience in working with central banks or Ministries of Finance -Experience with managing teams of 3 or more people -Experience with contributing to business proposals -Ability to travel up to 50% of the time -MA or MS degree
Additional Qualifications: -Experience in working with USAID, World Bank, or other international development agencies -Ability to quickly learn complex information -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
