The ideal candidate will be responsible to manage and lead multiple work assignments and to plan and perform financial, internal control, health care claim, export compliance, and other compliance audits along with other special projects at any one of our U.S. and foreign operating locations as dictated by company management or the Audit Committee. Travel is required and will represent up to 50% of your assigned successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): * Applicants must have a minimum of a B.S. degree in Accounting along with 5 to 7 years of work experience at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms with extensive experience auditing manufacturing companies* A Certified Public Accountant status will be viewed as a positive for this position* A combination of Big 4 Accounting Firm experience and industry experience with a manufacturer will also be considered* Demonstrated supervisory experience is required with skills to manage and mentor Auditors with varying levels of skill* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word is required* Proficiency with ACL (Audit Command Language) is preferred* This individual must be a proven leader that is self-motivated, professional, and possesses excellent audit and organizational skills along with superior written and verbal communication skills
