POSITION OVERVIEW (CLIENT SERVICES):
The main purpose of this position is to coordinate management's relief of Administrative details, coordinate work flow of the Business Development activities and update delegated tasks relating to the progress of each project schedule and closure of all Search related assignments.
POSITION OVERVIEW (MARKETING OPERATIONS):
General responsibilities will be to provide operational support, database management, strategic planning, social media execution and marketing direction for SportSearch, www.SportSearchOnline.com and other projects as directed by SportSearch staff.
* These positions require extensive contact with the President and all other SportSearch support Staff.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (not all, but any Combination):
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Identify and manage day-to-day Operations.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Recommend actions to improve and streamline procedures to simplify reporting.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Take initiative to eliminate activities that do not add value.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Research and connect with quality Candidates according to Target Identification requirements.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Identify the "Top Guns" (10-20) in each Title, Job Category and/or function in specified Areas of Concentration (i.e.:ÿ Ticket Sales; Group Sales; Corporate Sponsorship Sales; Sales Management; Executive Management, etc.).
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Provide on-going assistance for all search assignments and business activities.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Identify the size and scope of the SportSearch Marketplace relating to Clients, Candidates and Strategic Relationships.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Make recommendations on market positioning and Branding focus.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Manage website activities, social media, and Internet-based marketing opportunities.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Prepare programs and project documentation based on assignment and deliverable guidelines.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Interface with Strategic Alliances to make technical, marketing and management assessments.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Ensure discreet handling of all business.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Consistently treat people with respect and fairness.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Sports Business Passionate (a fire burning in your belly !!).
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Labor Relations preferred.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Past experience in Sales, Human Resources, Business Development, Administrative Support, Social Media and/or Interactive marketing will be a plus.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Experience and interest in developing a Career Path in Sports.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ Very Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
