Responsibilities:
Work in the Corporate Services team to improve the economics and efficiency of customer servicing. Drive various projects aimed at achieving Reengineering and Quality targets. Provide thought leadership on end-to-end process management, reengineering opportunities, and identification of comprehensive solutions. Design new processes. Improve existing processes. Implement process controls and new technical infrastructure Track and report process performance Evaluate feasibility of projects using financial and statistical tools. Create proposals to gain buy- in/support base on analysis.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in Industrial Engineering, consulting or project management. Strong decision making skills and the ability to resolve complex problems independently. Must possess high motivation, enthusiasm and dedication to deliver results within strict timeframes. Demonstrated experience in Industrial Engineering, statistics, data mining, root cause analysis, project management, modeling, performance metrics and general management. The ability to influence and collaborate with all levels. Experience in the evaluation, analysis and optimization of operational processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A. Degree in Industrial Engineering, highly desired. Experience in financial services / call centers or other service industry is a plus. Six Sigma certification or demonstrated application of methodology a plus.
