JOB SUMMARY The Incentive Compensation Analyst administers, reviews, and provides analysis for Associated Bank incentive compensation programs.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES The following are essential job accountabilities: • Compiles, evaluates, and analyzes incentive compensation information and prepares analyses to guide design decisions for Associated Banc-Corp and affiliates. • Responsible for plan administration, analysis, education, and marketing of the corporate 'No Boundaries' incentive plan. • Reviews tracking and reporting of No Boundaries statistics such as program utilization, product review and pricing, and budget management with the eRefer coordinators as well as authorizes payments to payroll. • Creates monthly, quarterly and annual reports to determine Incentive Compensation earned for all business lines. • Creates measuring tools to assist senior management in monitoring the on-going results of commission plans including costs, key drivers/metrics, and revenue generation. • Ensures compliance with established and approved Incentive Compensation plans and policy. • Assists with the development of new plans or changes to existing plans to ensure the plan designs are economically viable for the company. • Primary system administrator for the Enterprise Incentive Management System (EIMS). Knowledge of various administrative and systems initiatives supporting the incentive compensation delivery process. • Develops formal training and communication documentation to provide continual improvement and alignment of incentive plans with business strategies and goals. • Answers Incentive Compensation inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. • Communicates with team members and other organizations such as; business line leaders, Human Resources field representatives, payroll, etc. to compile incentive compensation data. • Collaborates with Line of Business Finance teams for incentive budgeting and Line of Business sales team for valuation of incentives.
Qualifications JOB SPECIFICATIONS Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or relative quantitative discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.
Preferred Experience: 3-5 years incentive compensation experience with background in incentive compensation in the financial services industry.
Special Skill Requirements: Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance related to area of responsibility. The Ability to interface with senior Finance, Sales, and Human Resources management. A thorough understanding of cost/benefit analysis.
Project Management skills such as project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, and time management.
Travel: 1-3 Days per month
