IC11 - Senior IT Consultant
Kelly IT is assisting our North Houston Fortune 500 client In searching for a Financial Business Analyst.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Must have: 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
SAP SD or SAP FI preferred (CBAP Certification preferred)
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Required skills include a broad knowledge of business process design, elicitation, meeting facilitation, and project management.
Excellent customer service and verbal, and written communication skills.
Must work well in a team environment.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Under limited supervision, designs, specifies, implements, and maintains automated and manual processes in support of business needs and/or corporate strategy. • Coordinates process design or re-engineering in conjuction with utilizing internal project management methodology. • Acts as liaison between division implementation teams, division process owners, and implementation sites while eliciting requirements for process improvement. • Works with customers to understand their business processes and needs while managing expectations within the scope of existing business strategies. • Builds and manages business cases to justify projects that fall within scope.
