The candidate will be responsible for the forecasting, consolidation and analysis of Aftermarket financial plans including the reporting of the Aftermarket P&L and Cash Statements.
In addition, the candidate will support the FP&A Manager and the Aftermarket & Campaigns Director with challenging the individual departments to achieve financial results. This will be accomplished by providing business decision support analysis, liaising with all areas of the Aftermarket business and managing all Aftermarket opportunities and risks. This includes the development and maintenance of processes and tools used for the financial planning and forecasting of IAE's Aftermarket business.
Managing the business partners to ensure financial results are met is a key component in this position. The successful candidate must have excellent people management skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs. Additionally, the candidate will provide support to the Aftermarket Finance Team as needed.
