Job Description


We are looking for a Human Resources Director who will manage all aspects of HR in the US. This position will be located in our Midtown Manhattan, NYC office.

Ideal candidates for this position will possess a proven human resources leadership background and excel in a fast-paced environment that drives for results.
Role and Responsibilities:

* Roll up your sleeves person who will manage all aspects of HR in the US
* Will interact with all levels of management with ability to build strong relationships, offer guidance and coaching when appropriate
* Oversee recruiting, payroll and stock option functions
* Responsibility for all areas of employee relations
* Will work with benefits administrator and brokers for all benefit renewals and request for proposals
* Strong knowledge of regional employment laws and legal compliance
* Author HR policies and procedures
* Develop goals to help drive objectives of department
* Training and development relating to HR policies and procedures
* Oversee HR in four locations and manage HR and secretarial staff of 5 direct reports

* Financial services background
* 8-10 years progressive HR experience
* Prior experience managing a teamAll applicants MUST be US citizens or lawful permanent residents or have some other authorization that does not require employer-specific sponsorship.
