Job Description: Assist HR management in executing various HR programs and procedures Conduct recruitment effort for business unit or entities designated Administer electronic distribution and receipt of new associate forms Prepare personnel files within 3 days of new hire arrival and ensure accurate completion and storage of I-9 Coordinate telephone, computer system set-up and work space Publicize staff transitions through email Ensure coordination of new hires and terminated employees with payroll specialists File ?ongoing? employee documentation in personnel files Coordinate and administer recognition programs Coordinate placement of temporary staff as needed Maintain accurate employee data for CBIZ U Conduct exit interviews Qualify vacancy with hiring manager and confirm authorization to hire - Personnel Requisition Establish timelines and advertisement strategy with hiring manager and in compliance with AAP
